January 6, 2013

Please pray as Bro. Dale's older daughters arrive in FL today.  Joan is due to arrive at 10 and Janice is due to arrive at 12:30.

Currently, Bro. Dale has no brain activity and the doctors have told the family that there is nothing that they can do.  Bro. Dale has requested to not be put on life support or to be resusitated.  The doctors have given him up to two days.

"29 “Sovereign Lord, as you have promised,
you may now dismiss[d] your servant in peace.
30 For my eyes have seen your salvation,
31     which you have prepared in the sight of all nations:
32 a light for revelation to the Gentiles,
and the glory of your people Israel.”  Luke 2:29-32

  2. My heart breaks for all of you today, but I pray that you will feel the loving arms of our Father wrapped tightly around you providing comfort and strength during this most difficult time. And I pray that the many wonderful memories you have of your dad will bring peace and happiness to your heart. Brother Dale always glowed and his eyes twinkled when talking of his beloved daughters and his grandchildren. All of you are so loved by so many and you are all being lifted up in prayer today. Much love, Nicole McGreger Thomas

  4. I am lost for words as I have found out that Brother Dale Easly is in critical condition. I know God is with you Brother Dale. You are the greatest man that I have ever met in my life time, I can honestly say it with all my heart. I will never forget how you came to me and my family's aid after my dad passed away when I was a young boy at the age of 15, and how the First Baptist Church of Vardaman, MS gave to me and family with big hearts and open arms. Thanks to you Brother Dale. I have always cherished all the great conversations you personally had with me. Thank you so much for taking time to be my friend when I needed one. God put you in my life for a very grateful reason. I have honestly thank my Lord and Savior in my life time for putting you in my life. God knew I needed a mentor like you after my father's passing. I have always been honored to have met you and I have always looked up to you as a child and as an adult. I remember meeting you when I was 10 just moved to Vardaman, MS and how you greeted me as you've known me for ever. I pray that God be with Mrs. Doug Easy, and your three daughters. With heavy a heart God Bless you. You will always be a great friend and a true HERO TO ME Bert Melendez.
