I called Mrs. Doug and she said she's been doing pretty good.  She said she had to call the doctor today because she kept hearing a sloshing sound when she moved around.  They said that was fluid in the cavity where they removed the lump and it would just absorb itself into the body and not to worry about it.

Overall, she has been a little tired from the surgery but she says she's not been overdoing it.  She said yesterday she didn't feel great and felt like she might have had a low grade fever, but today she felt a lot better.  She's thankful that she hasn't had to worry about cooking much.  She wanted me to be sure to thank everyone that has brought food.  It has been so helpful.

She said that she wouldn't start the radiation until about 4-6 weeks out from the surgery because she has to be completely healed before she can have it done.  She will plan to have it after school and wants to be able to take Bro. Dale with her so he can start some outpatient therapy.

She's looking forward to having all her girls come in on Sunday and spending next week with them.

28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”   Matthew 11:28-30
