Mrs. Doug said that Bro. Dale had worked really hard today in therapy. She said they put the new fitted brace on his leg and he walked pretty good with it. She also told me that they had him working on looking for things in some cabinets today. In particular, they are working on getting him to look to his right. So they would place the items to his right side and have him find them. They asked him to find some blueberry muffin mix, some flour, some sugar and things like that. They asked Mrs. Doug if he liked to cook. She just laughed at them. I told Mrs. Doug that if he comes out of rehab cooking, she's doing better than before all this started! ;)

ReplyDeleteI am so glad to see Dale doing so much better. I think of both of you very often and check on you everyday on the computer. I love the pictures and Dale looks so much better now than he has. Thank God for all he is doing in the Dale Easley Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
